Hello.
In my Confluence Cloud personal space was removed by wrong.
How to restore it?
I made a backup in advance (not export space, backup of all Confluence data) This file has a 6Gb size in zip format. So How to import just one space, not all of the data?
You cannot restore a single space. It is all or nothing. Also, (obvious?) if any changes were made since the last backup then they would be lost once the restore was done. Cloud restore needs a lot of work IMO. There are a number of open tickets to improve it, but unclear what the roadmap looks like in this regard.
Hello @Konstantin Zhabko
Unfortunately, backing up and restoring the company level data falls under personal responsibility of the company, user.
In this post by the Atlassian team "How to recover Confluence data if content is deleted and what backups Atlassian are responsible for." they recommend using third-party applications like Rewind.
Rewind provides automated backups and restores for Confluence, Jira, Jira Service Management and Jira Work Management. If you're using GitHub or Bitbucket, we're also covering it.
Depending on your needs, we are compliant with SOC2 and have audit-ready solution. If you are just exploring or you are from a small organization, we have a free plan as well.
