Restrict Confluence Pages by Email Domain

Colleen Cottone March 23, 2022

Is it possible to restrict Confluence pages by email domain? For example, anyone with email address @example1 would only see pages 1, 2 & 3 and anyone with email address @example2 would only see 4, 5 & 6.

Hi @Colleen Cottone ,

Welcome to Atlassian community.

It's not currently possible to restrict access by domain. All info regarding page restrictions is documented in below KB article, just FYI

I hope above information helps. Have a good day.!

Thanks,

If all of the users have accounts within Confluence, you could assign them a group membership based on the email domain, then restrict access to pages via normal permissions. The good news is that you would set the space/page permissions once, and just add/delete users from the groups as needed.
