I have a roadmap planner on my main page for confluence and we use it to track program timings. Every time we update the roadmap planner, I check the "Notify watchers" and leave a comment. This is great but the email notification that everyone else receives looks like a bunch of code and they can't see the actual roadmap planner.
Is there a way for them to see my comment and the planner vs. the comment and a bunc of code?
Hi Reem, welcome to the Community!
Unfortunately Confluence currently renders updates for the roadmap planner the way you see in email notifications, and there are no selectable options to change this. We do have an open feature request to improve how the macro looks in emails: CONFCLOUD-36732 Roadmap Planner macro does not render in notification emails .
Watching and voting on that issue is the best way to keep up with updates on the request. For more information about how Atlassian prioritizes feature requests made on jira.atlassian.com, check out this Community post.
Cheers,
Daniel
