Search in jira or confluence

For some time now, the search has not been effective; for example, when we search for the word "sécurité" and type secerite without the accent, it does not find "sécurité"

Currently Jira/Confluence doesn't support accent-insensititve searches and most of the cases include in french language.

Another example, Jira does not search in comments, whereas in Confluence with advanced search it works.

It seems to me that previously in Jira, the search went into the attached documents.
