Setting some variables when creating a page

I want to create a confluence page based on a custom template. This page is created by Jira Automation.

How can I set some variables that are applied on different spots on the page? E.g. a Jira issue list and a table (text)?

I have not found a way to define or set some values that are replaced automatically in the template.

If there would be no automation way, whats the best way to indicate values that need to be adjusted after the page has been created from the template?
