Is there any way to set the JSM Customer Request Type field from Confluence Automation? The field does not show as an editable field. I can edit this field in Jira automation but not in Confluence it seems.

I want to create a JSM ticket and set the request type when someone deletes a space.

A workaround to my own request: Set a label on the issue creation in Confluence automation, and then in Jira automation whenever an issue is created in Jira with this label, change the Customer Request Type.

@Steve Rhodes I think the only way you would be able to accomplish this currently is to use the send web request action and create the Jira issue through the API.  I did not see an enhancement request so you might consider submitting this request to Atlassian to get it on their radar.
