On the Confluence Cloud site for which I'm a Site Admin, someone added a connection to our company's Microsoft Slack platform. How could a user without having any special privileges be allowed to do that?

Looking at our documentation about Slack, we can see this:
Only space admins can add a space subscription within Confluence; however all users can create a space subscription directly from Slack.
