Hi @Veronika Dvorska ,

In Confluence administration -> Configuration -> PDF Export Language Support there's possibility to install the font for PDF export. For example verdana.ttf worked for me as it supports czech characters.

@Veronika Dvorska can you please try to open pdf with browser instead of any other application and let us know if letters are correct?

I´ve opened the page in 2 steps:

1) On the page → three dots → Export → Export to PDF

2) Space settings → Content Tools → Export → PDF → Custom export

No difference, result is the same as I sent img not_supported_letters.jpg

I use browser chrome v. 93.0.4577.82 or edge v. 93.0.961.52.

And for pdf Adobe Acrobat Reader v. 2021.007.20091

@Veronika Dvorska hey what I was trying to say that can you please open downloaded pdf in Chrome instead of using Adobe Acrobat Reader.

To open pdf in Chrome, URL would be something like file://<full path to file>/yourfile.pdf

Or Right click on your file and click on Open With -> Google Chrome

Please let us know if it shows letters in required font.

I´ve tried what you advised but still these letters are missing. Helped install font that supports czech letters.
