×Confluence shows an alert that our storage reached 5.7GB which exceeds the free plan limit of 2GB.
I tried to identify which page's attachment is too big in order to delete it.
I followed the instruction using rest api below:

However I cannot find any page with a large attachment, and even summing all pages' attachments, it could never reach 5.7GB.

I would recommend reaching out to Atlassian Support here: https://support.atlassian.com
They should have access to your log files and be able to find out what happened.
