Support for Balsamiq or Gliffy for Confluence & Jira OnDemand

We are using Jira & Confluence OnDemand

Q1. We would like to start using Balsamiq or Gliffy or possibly both with out OnDemand apps, can we do this?

Q2. Do we need to buy seperate add-on licenses for both Confluence & Jira OnDemand?

Hi there,

You can use both Gliffy and Balsamiq on the OnDemand platform, (they are some of the few bundled plugins), and you will need to purchase separate licenses for each application, so one each for Confluence and JIRA.
