Template for Major Problem Review

Is there any existing template for major problem review? Or is there a way to extract data from the Problem records and Incident Management to generate a major problem review? This is to facilitate the review and closure of major problems.

I only saw the Incident Post Mortem template but none for Major Problem Review which is also an important of the problem management process.

Have you checked other templates listed here ? If you can't find any suitable one, you can use one of them and modify it as per your requirement and then create a blueprint of it so that you can use it as a template in your site.

Thanks for the suggestion Kishan. That's what I thought of when I saw some templates which we can modify based on our requirements.
