There was an error processing the request

andre October 26, 2021

Hello,

I recently updated my confluence data center to version 7.13 but it is showing some errors to refresh pages and create new pages. I've tried to recreate the content of each page but when I go to save the error "There was an error processing the request" is displayed. We have 4 users using the platform, the server has 4vCPU and 8GB of RAM and a lot of disk space, so I think it's not a lack of resources. On this server in question is only confluence installed. Has anyone experienced this problem?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community @andre
Do you see any errors in the application logs when you try to create and save the page ? You can check logs at - /<HomeDir>/log/atlassian-confluence.log

Hi @Kishan Sharma

Thanks for the reception.

I identified that the errors presented were about locks in our CDN, I performed the necessary releases and we didn't face any more problems.
