Trouble with cards duplicating images

I am trying to create a "cards" section on a child page, but when I add images to the different cards they duplicate/replace several card's images. Examples below. 

First screenshot is before I hit update, second is after. Any suggestions? Thank you!

I know there have been some issues with these newer macros, such as Cards and Carousels.

There doesn't seem to be an open bug related to this, and I also couldn't replicate the mentioned behavior on one of my sandbox instances.

I'd recommend reaching out to Atlassian Support as they can inspect what's happening in your site's background.
