I am tired of all of the bots and recommended articles even after I've submitted a ticket. Could I receive help from a live agent? How can I reach them?
The ticket I submitted was answered by a bot who completely disregarded my question and reactivated a subscription I did not want. I don't want that charge on the business card.
I need help updating my payment method, assigning billing admins, deactivating the subscription the bot reactivated, and removing any charges that the reactivation possibly created.

I understand that you are upset the transition of back and forth to reach out to our billing team.
Currently, I see that you did interact with our live agent and the a ticket https://getsupport.atlassian.com/browse/CA-3552327 was created to address the issue related to the billing.
I have now notified our billing team internally to prioritise the request and reach out to you shortly since we don't have a dedicated live chat option for the accounts team at the moment.
