Unable to access a page

We have a link to a page in one of our cloud based Confluence spaces.  Trying to access the page gives the following error:

Page level restrictions have been applied to a parent of the current page. These restrictions limit access to certain users or groups and apply to all pages underneath the parent.

So it must exist?  But can't find the page in the page browser, Space content manager, trash, etc.   I am have admin and space admin permissions.  The parent of the page is the space home page and that is accessible.

Is there a way to recover the page?

As a space admin, go to the settings section and find the restrictions bit - it will list all the restricted pages in the space, even if you can't normally see them because you're not listed in the restriction.

Good to know about that feature, but the missing page doesn't show up there either.
