Unable to delete a file

Hi!

I have a user that is unable to delete files in the attachments macro. 

Once the delete button is pressed, the user gets an error message that says "Session expired".

The user has all the permissions to delete files, we have tried to refresh, use other browser and logout/in several times but nothing has worked. 

Would kindly request some assistance on the topic.
