Unable to export Confluence Page to PDF or Word

Hello,

Our user get an error when exporting Confluence Page to either PDF or Word, they use MasOS Monteray and using Google Chrome 104.0.5112.79. 

 

Any limitation about this features on several OS? Or maybe any solutions? Thank you

Hi @NORBERTUS WUSANA

While I have never seen this error message myself, I highly doubt it has anything to do with your users. Since it also sounds like all users are affected, it sounds more like a problem with Confluence. Have you already created a support ticket with Atlassian?
