One of our employees is unable to access a homepage in Confluence on Safari. The page attempts to load, but never does, and ends up blank. Can you help us out?

Safari is supported so it should be not the issue (https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/supported-browsers-for-atlassian-cloud-products/).
Please verify that there are no network issue at his side and check network panel on safari in order to figure out what is the issue (https://wpbeaches.com/where-are-the-safari-web-developer-tools-and-how-to-show-and-dock-them-in-a-browser-window/)
