Unable to renew Comala plugin

We want to connect our Comala Document Management plugin to our core Confluence license.
I've just confirmed with the Atlassian billing team, and with the Comala team that this product is paid for us until February 2021.
Unfortunately, we're unable to renew this product from our Confluence plugin admin since it is not associated to our main Confluence license.

I've already contacted the billing team and they asked us to post this issue here.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, it looks like you've got a ticket open with our team on this issue as well.  We'll work with the Atlassian Marketplace team on this so we can get to the bottom of your licensing problems, and will keep you posted via your Service Desk ticket as soon as we've got an update.  Take care, and stay healthy!

Hi Simon! The issue is now solved. Daryl, from the Comala team, helped me out. The license key was not correctly applied by us.
