Unable to set full width in new template

With the old editing, I was able to set up a meeting notes template and set the page to full-width. This option doesn't appear to be available with the new editor. I can set different parts of the page as full width, such as macros and tables, but I cannot seem to find how to set entire page as full width. 

Once I create the page from the template, I am able to edit to full width, but it does not appear to be available inside the template editor to be full width upon creation.
