User not getting code to email after sucessful login

I am writing to request the removal of an email address from the suppression list on Atlassian Cloud.

Currently,  user is on this list, preventing him from getting code after sucessful login

Could you please verify and remove this email address from the suppression list? Thank you in advance for your help! Looking forward to your confirmation

You need to been admin on a product to raise an issue at Atlassian Support, or have an admin of your instance raise this.
