Username displays alpha numeric chars

Hi all,

In Confluence Cloud, anyone notice when you "@" someone their name is played but sometimes it shows alpha-numeric chars instead? Then after reloading the page and waiting a few seconds, sometimes the user's name is displayed instead of the alpha-numeric chars. Happens on the published page and in edit mode.

It seems purely cosmetic but just wanted to make sure it didn't mean something else and/or if there was a fix.

@JRodney Estrada

What you are seeing is normal and is a residual from a change made in 2019 due to GDPR.  Usernames were removed for users and customers to protect their information if someday you need to delete them from the instance. If the user or customer is active, when you mention them and save the comment, it will show the full name they added on id.atlassian.com.

Good to know, thank you for the context! @Brant Schroeder
