Using the Add Page macro twice on the same page

I am trying to use the "Add Page" macro twice on the same page, but with different properties. One would use "templateA" and create the page in one location, and the second would use "templateB" and create the page in a second location.

When I add the first "Add Page" macro it works perfectly, pulling the correct template and saving the page in the correct space. But once I add the second "Add Page" macro, the first one stops working. It starts using the second macro's template and space properties, even though the properties of the 1st macro have not changed.

Has anyone run into this? Trying to use two "Add Page" macros on the same page, with different properties.

We are using Confluence v9.2.2

I tried to use "Create from Template" but ran into a couple of issues:

1. I cannot set the page to be created to a specific location. I can choose the space, but not under a specific page in that space. Example: I have a Confluence landing page where I put two macros. I also have an Announcement space with two pages: (1) Events and (2) Notifications. I want to create macro #1 to create from template under Events page, and macro #2 to create from a different template under Notifications page. I don't see that "Create from Template" lets me get that specific.

2. When I use the "Create from Template" macro from an "Include page" macro on a page in my Corporate space, it isn't creating the under the Events or Notifications pages of the Announcements space, even though that is technically where the macro is sitting. It creates the pages under the parent page of the Announcements space. This only happens if I try to run the macro from within the "Include page" macro.

I just realized that the Add Page macro is an installed app, Linking for Confluence. I have the question out to the vendor.
