We couldn’t load apps - using costum domain

If we use our generic domain abc.atlassian.net everything is fine, but when I use our own URL using reverse proxy wiki.abc.de we'll receive an arror:

"We couldn’t load apps - Refresh and try again."

This works for years but since some days it won't.

Our certificate for wiki.abc.de is valid, atlassian license is valid and we don't have any apps installed. What may be the issue here?

I understand that the third party apps are not loading in the site with custom domain enabled.

Can you please share if there are any specific add-ons that are impacted so that we can look into this further?

We don't use any plugins, but without changing anything the issue is gone. Loos like some issue not on our side?!?

I see that you are on the standard plan hence I suggest you to raise a support request directly from here https://support.atlassian.com so that we can access the site replicate the issue and troubleshoot further.
