Weird font issue using firefox

I have a very weird issue with any atlassian service (jira, confluence, even here).

I have not seen any other website that is causing such an issue, so I'm not sure if it's some font installed that are causing it, as I can't find any correlation between them.
The issue also appears to be with the spacing between words, the letters look fine. This has started about 2-3 weeks ago, so I'm using chromium to access it (and there is no such issue).

I have noticed that removing the Noto Sans font from font-family css fixes the issue.

According to firefox, the selected font was Droid Sans
I have also checked, and I do not have Noto Sans installed.

So I'm not sure why it showed an incorrect font.

I have installed the Noto Sans fonts, and it fixed the issue for me!
