Where did the Announcements Template Go?

With the rollout of the new look for the Home dashboard, there is no longer an "Edit" link next to the "Announcements" panel in Confluence Cloud.

 

Where did it go?

How do I edit announcements?

Hi @Alex Sramek I haven't needed to use this feature yet, so I'm not sure what might be happening.
