Where is the change content from the Change Email Alerts?

Hi there,

I guess since last week(7 days ago or so), confluence has stopped to send the content that was changed from a confluence in my email.

Before on my email I was able to see what has changed without the need to go to page history.

Now I see only that the page was changed, and a link to go to page history.

This very important because it keep me up to date with what people change without leaving my email. If I have to go to page history I have to do too many clicks to find out what people changed.

Is it possible to enable that back or is that a bug?

I asked Rovo, and it suggested for me to go my settings but I can't find the settings that says "Show Changed Content".

This is now

Hi there, thanks for answering, I have tried that, which option should I look for? Also remember that I haven't change anything in there and that stopped to work. Unless if the Admin of my account did something, but what would be the configuration that they did?

I have encountered the same issue - "Here's what changed:" section in the "real-time" notification email on Wednesday but not today.

As for OP, I have not changed any settings and cannot find any setting that might control this behaviour.

I can support the original author's statement. It happened to my instance as well. Does anyone know about a bug (or similar) that is tracked by Atlassian?

Or did anyone contact support about it?

Hi @Rogerio Honorio Da Silva Junior

I see from your screenshot all Daily Digest options are off.

These are the options to enable if you want to receive daily updates as a user.

Hey @Marc - Devoteam ,

I don't want to receive a Daily Digest option; I want to receive the changes via email.

As you can see in the description of the thread, the Emails is being sent, but there is no content; it just says to check the history to know the changes.

As far as I know, the Daily Digest option will enable an email to be sent every day with what was changed, which is not what I want because I am already receiving an email.

Saying use Daily Digest is hardly addressing the problem with the real-time updates 🙄
