Where is the option to change the color of a table cell with the new "inline" feature?

Where is the option to change the color of a table cell with the new "inline" feature? I used to be able to click into a cell and select a color from the table options tool bar. with the new "Inline feature" this option is no longer on the table tool bar or on the inline feature.

It still seems to work like you described. Could it be a caching issue?

Adding to this...

When you click in a cell you should see a pull down arrow in the upper right corner of the cell.

Clicking on that will give you a context menu that includes an option to set the color of the cell.

Not the most intuitive UX, but @Trudy Claspill’s answer is the way to go if you want to set a different background color for a cell.
