I would like to use the whiteboard function for an Agile Retrospective - I can see that there are some templates but I would like to design my own one with slightly different wording - is this possible? 

It mentions on the templates about timers - is this something that you can add into the template or just a suggestion about best practice etc.

Hi @Rosie Gough,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Currently it is not possible to create custom templates in Whiteboards. I did find this suggestion, CONFCLOUD-76623, that you can vote on and follow.
