Why does Confluence search shows suggestions like "Who is ......?", which are not relevant for me?

Confluence search suggestions shows suggestions like "Who is .......?", whereas I have never searched such phrases?
Does it take users also into account while searching, is it a new feature?

How to disable it?

Hi @vivek.samant , yes users are taken into consideration in Search. There isn't any configuration for the Search AFAIK.
