Why is there "MS team,Chat notification" in the space permission?

Noticed that, MS Team, chat notification, and nightfall DLP were added to the space permission, which we did not. Is there a faster way to remove it from all spaces? And what's the impact if we get rid of it? And what if we just leave it at that?

Probably these were automatically added when the corresponding apps were installed.  Apps are automatically added to spaces during install.

If you remove them, the apps don't have access to the spaces anymore.
