account disabled

Hello, I had a bitbucket account at the email address "carlos.albertoleao@gmail.com", where I had all my repositories, but I can no longer access it, I get the message that my account has been disabled, could someone help me?? ? I read something about having an atlassian account to access it, but how do I recover my repositories??
