adding bullet to table in column new layout editor

Has anyone else noticed that in Confluence Cloud's new layout editor when you place a table within a column and attempt to add bulleted lists within the table that the column width shrinks to minimum and occasionally loses the ability to re-adjust the width of the columns?

It's pretty annoying, and it seems to affect the layout across all my different browsers.
