We recently upgraded from 8.7 to 8.8.0, since then we have been getting Mutiple issues in the system
1. after login "Something's gone wrong, Try again later"
2. trying to run log analyzer getting "Error! Scan Failed"
3. Users are seeing "Error rendering macro 'recently-updated'"
We did the rebuild the content index directions and that didn't fix it.

This is happening on all systems that were upgraded. I can send the support zip from my development system.
We did an upgrade to 8.8.1 and that didn't fix the issue.

However, you may have an unsupported addon that you need to remove to get Confluence to start up again. I'd revert a server to 8.7 and take a look at the addons.
