×I've tried to update a template and create a template, and my changes are not being reflected in this space:
https://targetclose.jira.com/wiki/pages/templates2/listpagetemplates.action?key=OAK
It looks like it is a bug in Confluence if I understand correctly what you are reporting
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-53177
I am having the same issue on Jira Server.
Basically I was rebuilding a space template based on a page by using copy&paste and at the moment I copy/past an image or some other elements and save, Those changes weren't saved and I was sent to the previous version.
I ended doing step by step and saving everytime

I'm the admin for targetclose.jira.com, and my username is "jocelyn"
I go into the admin section for the OAK space, click on Edit next to a Template, make a change, click Save. I click on the Template to preview and my changes are not reflected.

We're end-users as well, we have no access to your system. This error sounds like it needs to go to Atlassian support - I'd want to start looking at logs from the point at which you click "save", but only Atlassian can see Cloud logs.
