issues with indexing attachements of migrated space

The space was migrated. The users there were not moved because a unit was integrated into our space, and the naming conventions did not match.
The migration itself went well. However, the migrated objects are not found in the search. If a user uploads the same attachments to the same page with their new user account, they get indexed.

We followed the diagram:

  • dedicated user with permissions,
  • disk space is available,
  • Confluence can write to the index directory,
  • the dedicated user has permissions for index, journal, and index snapshots
  • reindex from scratch runs without errors
  • and nothing gets stuck in the queue...
