I have org-admin access.
I have suspended access for a user account (standard user role) as they are not currently under contract.
I have found some content that has permissions that only this user can control. I need to log in as this suspended user to adjust the content permissions.
I have restored the user account but still cannot log in as user. Atlassian says it is because the user has not accessed the product yet.
Any fixes?
