I'm wondering if I can display the new Page Status' that are soon rolling out to Confluence Cloud when pulling reports on pages with labels using the Content by Label app.
For example, we have a Project Charter template and I would like a Macro that can display all Project Charter pages in Confluence (currently pulled by the "charter" label added) but I would like to add sorting by the new Page Status' so that I can distinguish between charters that are ready for prioritization vs charters that are still in draft.
Your options are limited on Cloud. The easiest is to add a second label to indicate page status.
Or you have to move to a paid plugin that handles workflows and then allows you to do reporting, such as comala-document-management
Thanks Bill.
If I were to do a filtered search on pages by label do we know if the search results would display the new page Status? Or alternatively, do we expect the new Page Status to be another search filter?

If you work with the plugin I suggested, the status of a page is controlled by the worklfow -- it is metadata on the page so is reportable.
