"Open with" not working

Hi Atlassian community

 

I have office files on my confluence pages ( Power point, excel...). When i click on them, there is an option to "Open with" . I click on it and it give me excel 2016 as an option if it is excel file.

 I click on it and it start to load but never progress.

 

I did uninstall/install Atlassian companion several times, Microsoft office... but is nothing seems working.

Other colleagues does not have the issue. Can you please help?
