"To" parameter does not seem to work for getting an audit of log events

Hi,

I am trying to call the api end point "https://api.atlassian.com/admin/v1/orgs/{orgId}/events" and the documentation states you can pass "to" and "from" parameters (in epoch time format) to define the time range for which you want to get the logs. 

But when I provide both the "to" and "from" parameter in the api call, the result is empty each time. I verified that the "to" is later than the "from" parameter.

Anyone has tried calling using both these parameters successfully?
