remote APIs

Our company would like to use remote APIs and it looks like OnDemand version offers this option:

https://developer.atlassian.com/display/CONFDEV/Confluence+Remote+API+Reference

The question is are these APIs available for any OnDeman licenses and if not, what license do I need to have to use remote APIs? How much would this license cost? Where can I find more information about it?

It is available for all licenses. Ofcourse only the licensed users will be able to use the APIs where authentication is required.
