Is there a healthcheck template in Confluence or JIRA?

I am facilitating a healthcheck review for agile practices with my squads and would really like to stick with using one tool - JIRA/Confluence rather than introducing yet another app to use.

Hi @Gretchen Swapp 

I couldn't see one in confluence but you could create one for your team and add it to your templates section, this way it will reflect your squad needs? You can add macros like table to get you started

1. Go to the space in Confluence Cloud.
2. Select Space settings from the sidebar.
3. Select Templates from the Look and feel card.
4. Select Create new template.
