For the last 8-10 months I have edited a Confluence page template. Today it is corrupt. All 12 templates in our templates list are displaying the same corruption issue. The browser is at full screen, but when opening the template to edit, it only displays in a 2 square inch window, with the main page heading above it. There are scroll bars up and down or left and right, but it's far too small. All 12 templates when opened for editing show exactly the same corrupt display for 2 of my colleagues. How do I re-set this template to what it was 3 days ago so I can edit it once more in the usual way?
I'm using Google Chrome Version 75.0.3770.142 (Official Build) (64-bit). Confluence is in the Cloud. I have cleared my cache, cleared my cookies and the browsing history, logged in again but this has not fixed it. I have tried Incognito, but the same problem.
Hello Ken,
Thank you for contacting us about this. I would recommend that you reach out to the Cloud Support Team on this case. They will be able to have a look at your templates and let you know how to resolve the issue.
Once they are able to help you, please let us know what the issue was and it will help other users in the future.
Regards,
Shannon
