use TLS for confluence emails.

I enabled TLS to send email in Confluence 6.13.23 version.
when I try sending test email I saw this message from log below.
An error has occurred with sending the test email:
com.atlassian.mail.MailException: javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not convert socket to TLS;
nested exception is:
javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: No appropriate protocol (protocol is disabled or cipher suites are inappropriate)
at com.atlassian.confluence.jmx.JmxSMTPMailServer.doSendWithMessageIdSupport(JmxSMTPMailServer.java:120)
