Hey, I'm new to crucible. So, this question might be silly but here I go...

I'm doing a code review submitted by a colleague of mine. But I can see only the changes from the original code (only the diff) and I cannot see the full source code.

Is there any filter that I can disable to get a full view of the source code?

You can get a full view of the source code using the Full Context option in the View menu.
