crucible in not logging for me

Hi @jagannath_jena ,

I've moved this to Crucible product group. Some folks might jump in on this and help out.

Question—Are you Crucible admin? If not, could you maybe reach out internally to your Atlassian administrators so they can try to assist you?

If you're an admin, which error are you seeing when trying to log in to Crucible?

Can you explain what you mean by logging?  Is it as @Kinga_Getint is asking that you mean you can't log into crucible?  Or are you talking about the log files?

Hey @jagannath_jena,

make sure the credentials or API token used for Crucible are still valid. Even if JIRA uses the same account, Crucible may require separate token scopes or permissions.
