JET tool permission level

I am looking for some help with JET tool permission settings.

We have an AD group in Jira and would like to add members there to provide admin permissions so that JET tool is visible. How to set up permissions for JET tool in a easier way so that we can know who all have permissions instead of just Jira Admins. How to configure the URL for JET tool.
