Hello everyone,
I wonder if a user account (full or integrated) can be a generic account, i.e. used by several people sharing a unique access code ?
My guess is that it's prohibited but I would like to find the rule in the licence terms and conditions.
Thank you for your help.
Regards
Vincent, from France
Hi @Vincent Delannoy your assumption is right, user accounts are meant for individual usage and can't be shared by a group of people.
The Product Specific Terms page refers to Atlassian Cloud Terms of Service, which states the following:
2.5. Credentials. You must require that all End Users keep their user IDs and passwords for the Cloud Products strictly confidential and do not share such information with any unauthorized person. User IDs are granted to individual, named persons and may not be shared. You are responsible for any and all actions taken using End User Accounts and passwords, and you agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of which you become aware.
Thank you Rodrigo for your fast and precise answer.
Much appreciated.
regards
