April 2024: Global search is now available on Jira Mobile - Android and iOS

Finding your work is now even easier on Jira Mobile. We've heard the feedback that finding your work on Jira Mobile hasn't always been easy, so we've implemented some changes to fix it. Instead of searching for projects and issues separately, you can now search globally across all your projects from the home search bar.

Quick suggestions to find recent work:

We've added quick suggestions that make it easier for you to find work that you have interacted with in the past! For example, if you recently worked on an issue, we’ll put it in your Suggestions so it’s right there and ready to go.

Narrow your results with quick filters:

Just looking for a project? No worries! Use the Projects filter to narrow down your search. You can also filter by issues, boards, and filters.

We use Jira app for Service management. A lot of standard fields that I can choose from, are related to Development boards, anyway not fields that I use in the Issue screen. Therefor not useful.
As a support agent, I would like to have filter fields that are related to the fields I use in my tickets, so I can really filter my work.

When I use two fields, I don't the Issues that match both field filters, it doesn't seem to work as an AND but as an OR. I would be happy if can choose between AND and OR.

I would be happy if I have more influence on the way my screen looks in the APP, maybe with a special screen layout, which I can make in the Project settings in the JSM browser?
