Starting Monday, 3/28 late in the day, 6:00 p.m. CST our users stopped receiving push notifications on IOS devices for Jira and Jira Service Management. Have an open issue for this, but curious if anyone else is experiencing this problem.
App has been uninstalled and reinstalled.
When Issue get resolved that time it will take system time
Resolved is nothing but jira's default status
Not quite - resolved might or might not be a status.
The important thing is that when Sachin says "issue gets resolved", it means "the time at which the resolution changed from <empty> to <any value>".
